CLAC facilities are generally open during the fall and spring semesters Monday through Thursday from 9 AM-10 PM and Friday from 9 AM-5 PM, or by special arrangement as long as CLAC can secure staffing for the event.
Our conference rooms and study rooms are available for reservation or use on a first come, first served basis to students and other members of the University community.
Student organizations, faculty, and other members of the University community may reserve the use of the CLAC and its facilities by filling out the form below.
Reservations are generally approved at no charge provided that:
- There is no CLAC sponsored activity already scheduled for the proposed date and time.
- The reservation request has been confirmed in writing by the CLAC administrative staff.
- There are no admission fees being charged for the event.
Please click here to view the CLAC Facilities Calendar and check if facilities are available for the day and time that you need them. Then fill out the Facility Request Form (link below) and submit it.
A minimum of a two-week lead time is required to ensure proper review and approval of each reservation. Applicants should expect an email response to their reservation request within one week of the date of the submission. Forms submitted less than one week in advance of the date of the request will be honored if and when possible but can not be guaranteed.
Please be sure to include all details including food, audio visual and other equipment needs; incomplete forms will not be processed. Requests that require fire permits and inspections, or sanitation permits must be secured by the facilities user.
