The Escalera Internship Program (EIP) is designed to provide students with the opportunity to learn essential work experience that can help you attain a future internship or an entry level career in your field of interest.
The Center for Latino Arts and Culture (CLAC) aims to support the EIP program by providing interns with personal and professional development that support interns in their quest to learn the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities required for today’s workforce.
Our goal is to help all interns work their way up the ladder of success!
- Requirement: to be eligible for this program you should meet the 20-point application requirement:
- Second-senior year student (5pts)
- Able to work 8-10 hours per week (5pts)
- Able to work between Feb-August (break in May) (5pts)
- 2.5 GPA (5pts)
This is a paid internship, $500 stipend
